At 5 AM, I wake up from sleeping and watch the news. I watch the news to gather specific information on traffic updates and what is happening locally around me. I also look at the forecast and use the news as my source of information as they are most reliable because they have various technology for forecasting weather and meteorologists. The news helps me get ready in the morning and can help me plan my day if I need to go somewhere. After watching one hour of the news, I go back to sleep and wake up at 9 AM. When I wake up, the first thing that I do is get out of my bed and open the blinds to allow sunshine into the house. Then, I proceed to brush my teeth and then I walk around the house just to check on my children or just mainly see what is going on. The information that I am gathering helps me know if my children are gone or in the house and what is going on. Next, I make breakfast and take my medicine. If I am feeling well, I know it’s going to be a good day! If I am not, then I know I have to be careful. After this, I take a shower, lotion my skin, put on clothes, and relax myself by noon. After that, I open up my Kennesaw D2L page and student email to see what is going on at Kennesaw State University. I do all online classes so it is very important for me to use this time to do my work. At this time, I usually gather information whether sociology related or English related and start my daily school work activities. Usually, I try to relate my work from school to my daily life. Then after all of this, I start dinner and cook for my children. When we have dinner, I usually talk with them to see how they are doing and ask about their day. Our conversation at the dinner table is comparable to most American families when they have dinner. After dinner, my son cleans the kitchen and everyone goes to their room to do whatever they feel like doing. At this time, I could be doing school work, watching television, and among other things. After that, I go to school and my day recycles for the most part.
